DEPOSIT POLICY: We reserve the right to charge non refundable deposit of 20% of the booking total.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The total price of the reservation is due on the day of arrival and may be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival date.
If the booking is cancelled or modified up to 7 days before arrival then no cancellation fee will be charged unless deposit for that reservation was charged in which case charge equal to 20% of the stay cost will be made.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the full cost of reservation is charged.
